WHEELING, W.VA. - Two alleys in South Wheeling are scheduled to be closed temporarily for pavement replacement and improvements in connection with the WODA-Hobbs Greene housing project.
The alley east of 37thStreet between Jacob Street and Wood Street along with the alley south of Jacobs Street between 37th Street and 38th Street will be impacted. Work is scheduled to begin Monday, Oct. 18 with the removal of existing pavement and completed the week of Oct. 25 with the installation on new pavement. Motorists should plan accordingly.
