WHEELING, W.VA. – James White Construction, on behalf of the City of Wheeling, will begin replacing the Warwood Sanitary Sewer Force Main next week. The project will impact a part of Heritage Trail.
Slated to begin on Monday, March 21, the work will require a portion of the walking/jogging trail - from 623 River Road and continuing approximately 3000 feet to the south – to close. This project is expected to continue through June 2022.
