Terror In The Skies!

One of the regular things Gary & Shannon feature on their show is their "Terror In The Skies" segment.

Today, we bring that segment to the Handel show with TWO stories.

First, passengers on United / Skywest flight 5449 from San Francisco to Boise were apparently treated to "God" when a woman in first class, who other passengers say was 'clearly nervous' about flying, caused a bit of scene before takeoff.

Despite the disruption before the flight, they took off as normal and part of the way through the flight the woman started chanting "I am God" and then got up from her seat screaming, "I want to die! Get me off this plane!' and ran to the door and tried to open it.

Flight attendants and several passengers were able to restrain the woman for the rest of the flight.

Of course, part of the drama was caught on camera by another passenger.

The flight landed safely in Boise and the pilot thanked passengers for remaining calm.

A statement from SkyWest about the incident said:

"Skywest Flight 5449, operating as United Express from San Francisco to Boise, landed safely in Boise after reports of a customer attempting to open the aircraft door.  The customer was restrained and law enforcement officials met the flight at the gate, where all passengers safely deplaned.  The unruly customer was held for questioning by law enforcement."

And then, there was this guy.

A 20-year-old Bangladeshi man on flight from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Saturday, apparently got a little too comfortable.

According to the Sun Daily.

“The Bangladeshi stripped naked and started watching porn on his laptop, ignoring all those around him. The cabin crew approached him and politely asked him to put on his clothes.

He compiled with their request. A short while later there was some commotion at the toilet area and it turned out that he was harassing a stewardess,”

At some point, he also peed in his seat.  That was the final straw....he was restrained by passengers and crew.

And, of course, someone on the flight snapped a few pics.

Malindo Air confirmed the incident on their Facebook page.
